Most asked questions.

What actually happens in the growth audit?

It's the first conversation, not the whole analysis. In 20 minutes we get far enough to tell you where your growth is most likely being lost and whether we're the right people to fix it — and you leave with that first read in writing, hire us or not. If we do work together, the real diagnosis continues across several working sessions: mapping your numbers, your customer journey and your systems properly takes more than one call.

How do you decide what to build first?

By what will change the most, not by what we sell. What you get is a short, ordered list: the one thing to fix first, what comes after it, and what you shouldn't spend money on yet.

What if my problem isn't getting more leads?

Then that's not what we build. More demand is only the answer when demand is the problem — and often it isn't. You get the fix your business actually needs, even when that means less work for us.

What if you find we don't need you?

We'll tell you. You'd leave with a clear picture of your business and no invoice. We'd rather be the people who told you the truth than a vendor you cancel in three months.

How is this different from hiring an ads agency or a web designer?

They each own one piece and nobody owns the outcome. Your ads agency isn't responsible for what happens after the click; your web designer isn't responsible for the follow-up. We diagnose the whole system, decide what's actually worth fixing, build it, and stay accountable for whether it moved.

Who actually does the work?

Jessie leads the diagnosis and the strategy directly — that's the part you're really hiring. Implementation runs through our team on an architecture we've refined across every build, which is what keeps it fast and keeps it from breaking.

How long before we see something?

The build usually goes live in weeks, not months — the architecture already exists, so the time goes into configuring it to your services, your prices, your calendar and your voice. Operational changes like response time show up immediately. Reputation and search visibility compound over months.

How do you measure whether it worked?

Three ways, reported separately. Direct outcomes: leads, calls, conversations, appointments booked. Operational improvements: response time, follow-up coverage, show rate, pipeline visibility. And strategic assets: reviews, rating, visibility, CRM completeness. We don't invent a revenue figure for something we can't honestly attribute.

What do you need from me?

Less than you'd expect, and it's front-loaded: an hour or two early on so we understand your services, your prices, your calendar and how you actually talk to customers. After that you approve decisions and read the reports. The point is to take work off you, not hand you a project to manage.

How much does this cost?

There's no standard package. We quote two things separately after the audit: the one-time build, and the ongoing management and optimization. You only pay for the systems the diagnosis says are worth building.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No. The build is a one-time scope; the ongoing work is month to month, with a 30-day money-back guarantee if it isn't working. And if you ever leave, your domain, your data, your customer records and your leads go with you.

No sales call. No pitch deck. No tech-speak.

20 minutes. One page of clarity. You'll know exactly what to fix.

Whether you hire us or not. Bring your current site, your last month of call logs, your worst lead source — we'll show you where money is leaking.
