A beauty-supply importer has imported and distributed professional nail products since 2007, out of a store in Ñuñoa and an online shop. Their customers are manicurists, salons and people who want to equip a manicure table in one go — which means two very different businesses running at once: wholesale accounts ordering in volume, and retail buyers with questions. Both arrived the same way, as messages, on whatever channel the customer happened to use, and were handled by hand. And online, a company with eighteen years of catalogue behind it barely registered next to competitors half its size.

From 77 Google reviews at 4.5 to 161 at 4.7 — a 109% jump. Today they come up first for "uñas chile" three times over: first in the organic results, first in Google's business block above two competitors with more reviews than them, and first when you ask ChatGPT for the best places in Chile to buy nail supplies. Wholesale customers place their orders themselves, and the confirmations, dispatch notices and replies go out without anyone typing them.
