The challenge
A cardboard box manufacturer has manufactured custom corrugated boxes since 2002 — over 23 years of craft and a reputation built by word of mouth among its clients. The challenge was elsewhere: none of that reputation showed up online. Their site dated from 2018 and did the minimum — it listed products, but you couldn't request a quote and it didn't reflect the scale of the operation.
