An auto shop
A one-man auto shop in the USA that lost every call it couldn't answer mid-job. An AI agent now handles all of it — and sales are up 40%, with 282 appointments booked in the first 30 days and a Google profile that went from 29 reviews to 113 at a flat 5.0.
The challenge
An auto shop in the USA, where the owner did the work with his own hands. That was exactly the problem: while he was tinting a car he couldn't answer the phone, and a customer who doesn't get a fast reply calls the next shop. He named three things holding the business back — he couldn't respond quickly to his customers, he had no way to show his work beyond posting in social media groups, and he wasn't showing up on Google. In his words, that's why he hadn't grown. He wasn't looking for more marketing. He was looking for someone to take the calls and book the appointments so he could keep working, and a system that would follow up with his customers so they came back — without him having to call or message each one.
What we built
We put an AI sales agent in front of the whole business. Val answers every call and every message, in English or Spanish, and books the job — the owner never touches the calendar.
- AI sales agent that answers every call and message, 24/7
- Bilingual English and Spanish on the same call
- Books, reschedules and cancels appointments on its own
- Automatic appointment confirmations and reminders
- Follow-up for everyone who asked but didn't book
- Email follow-up campaigns
- Online reputation management, our own system
- Google Business Profile built out to rank
- Content creation
The results
282 appointments in the first 30 days, every one of them booked by the AI agent — customer communication is now 100% automated. The Google profile went from 29 reviews at 4.6 to 113 at a flat 5.0. Sales grew around 40%, and more importantly they stopped swinging with the season. The bottleneck moved: he's now hiring and training new staff for the shop to keep up with demand, because he can't fit everyone the agent books.

The proof, on screen
In Maps, position is traffic
The shop sits second in Google's business block. The higher a shop appears, the more people see it — and the more people see it, the more walk through the door. Position isn't vanity. It's sales.
